Specialty Floor Solutions was founded in 2015 as a provider for the SaniGLAZE service line in the Atlanta area. SaniGLAZE is the leader in tile and grout restoration and colorized floor coatings. Specialty Floors Solutions expanded its operations to Alabama in 2017 and Tennessee in 2018. We now service Atlanta, Augusta, Athens, Opelika, Auburn, Huntsville, Montgomery, Birmingham, Chattanooga, Nashville, Knoxville, and Johnson City. We also became a licensed Ceiling Pro service provider in 2018. This enables us to do acoustical recoat, vinyl ceiling tile cleaning, grid capping, metal refurbishment and kitchen appliance cleaning.
Our primary customer base is Healthcare, Education, Government Facilities, and Property Management. We do not offer residential services. We are a preferred federal vendor and are on the GSA schedule. We are an approved service provider for VendorMATE, have a partnership with Partners Co-Op, and are members of BOMA in Atlanta.
